Today, we are looking for a Digital Systems & Reporting Lead to join our team in Tunisia.
This role is based in Tunis.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Support the rollout of digital solutions across PMI Maghreb Markets, including preparation for launch, market inputs, user validation testing, change management and deployment processes.
- Work closely with Market Activation teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of digital solutions and new features in markets.
- Participate actively in deployment meetings and translate market needs into a clear scope.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the different stakeholders (Digital HUB, development teams, local IT, etc.) to guarantee smooth operations of the Digital Eco-system.
- Support end-users in the field, ensuring they use solutions to its fullest potential.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to existing systems, ensuring they align with business goals.
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduate in Information Technology, Digital or any related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in developing and maintaining robust reporting systems.
- Good knowledge of coding languages, data base management and data visualization.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve projects milestones.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).

Philip Morris International (PMI) is a leading international tobacco company working to deliver a smoke-free future and evolving its portfolio for the long term to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector. The company’s current product portfolio primarily consists of cigarettes and smoke-free products.
