Job Description:

The role of Operations Manager for “Selligent Marketing Cloud” involves managing and optimizing activities related to the Selligent Marketing Cloud platform within an organization. Selligent Marketing Cloud is a marketing automation and campaign management solution that helps businesses create, automate, and analyze their marketing campaigns.

Missions:

Configuration and Maintenance Campaign Management Monitoring and Analysis Training and Support Security and Compliance Cross-functional Collaboration Technological Monitoring

Tasks:

• Monitoring of Configuration and Maintenance:

-Coordinate with the technician to configure and maintain the Selligent Marketing Cloud platform according to the specific needs of the business.
– Ensure that the platform is correctly set up to maximize its efficiency.

• Campaign Management:

– Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to understand the objectives of the campaigns.
– Implement automated campaigns, workflows, and email sequences.
– Optimize campaigns based on performance and outcomes.

• Monitoring and Analysis:

– Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
– Analyze data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Training and Support:

– Train internal users on how to use Selligent Marketing Cloud.
– Provide technical support and resolve any issues that may arise.

•Security and Compliance:

– Ensure data security on the platform.
– Ensure that marketing practices comply with privacy and data protection regulations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

– Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of the platform.

•Technological Monitoring:

– Stay informed about the latest features and updates of the Selligent Marketing Cloud platform. Suggest improvements and developments based on the needs of the business.
Engagements :
Collaborate effectively with the entire department as well as other departments. Duty to respect deadlines, work by priority, and within the timelines determined by the hierarchy. Ensure the quality of one’s output and work in general. Maintain impeccable behavior and respectful relations towards all employees. Strictly adhere to a general obligation of discretion and confidentiality, in that no information concerning one’s duties or department should be disclosed, shared, or communicated.

Required Skills :

Excellent knowledge of Marketing Cloud platforms. Skills in deploying, configuring, and maintaining the solution. Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and managing data. Ability to analyze campaign results and provide recommendations. Good understanding of data protection regulations. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to train and support internal users.

Education and Experience:

University degree in marketing, computer science, or related field. Significant experience in the use and management of the Selligent Marketing Cloud platform. Ongoing training on updates and new features of the solution.
