Manages the OTC team located in Tunis for the Business unit. Ensures the proper team organization to meet objectives. Accompanies the team through changes. Creates a positive and winning team spirit. Identifies talents and help them grow.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business issues within established policies.
Drives AR results (order and billing accuracy, collection improvement, DSO, past due decrease, bad debt decrease, cash forecast). Plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of the team.
Drives OTC transformation (process standardization, stability, improvement, system changes, projects). Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
Works closely with various internal department to ensure successful completion of projects.
Facilitates team/client meetings and effectively communicates project information to superiors/senior leadership
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.

Responsibilities:



Support Order to cash transformation projects (includes reorganization, activities transitions, new product introduction, OTC requirements, development projects, standardization) Participates in internal and cross functional projects; Responds to business needs by continuously using, maintaining and improving tools and systems specific to business area. Ensures adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley & other guidelines, and supports internal & external audits; Works on collecting practices, policies, metrics ( including checklist, metrics, KPIs) to ensure compliance to the Company’s policies and procedures. Develop collaboration accross OTC teams (across countries and across locations) Fulfils periodical / ad-hoc reports for the management team and / or other internal stakeholders based on the requests received; Builds & maintains long-term relationships with customers & key stakeholders;

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:



Excellent written and spoken English Finance background or relevant exposure to OTC or FP&A processes for more than 5 years Knowledge of finance and accounting principles & standards – US GAAP. Leadership experience Communication and strong influencing skills Able to identify areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and propose and implement relevant changes Able to explain difficult or sensitive information, works to build consensus Must have experience in a target/deadline/fixed objective driven environment Problem solving Results oriented Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel Oracle Financial Tools experience preferred, but not mandatory
