As our project manager for System and Platforms, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our Matrix and platform related projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

What you will do :

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring         technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Foster strong working relationship with Business Sponsors and Key Stakeholders, 
  • Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal. Often communicating with company executives regarding the status of specific projects

What we need from you:

• Ideally 3 years’ experience within National Pen in Contact Centre
• Strong knowledge of Matrix and other Platforms in National Pen.
• A minimum of 1-year experience as Supervisor/Coach/Trainer
• Ability to build project plans and monitor/report on project status
• An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• ·       PMP / PRINCE II / Six Sigma certification is a plus
