About the team:

Service Delivery Analyst Specialist to join Environment Hub team, who’s working within Hosting and Managed Services.

Service Delivery Team is responsible for Implementing best practices and tools in version control, software development lifecycle management, building management, application setup, distribution and deployment management and other Cloud build environment management practices.

What you will be doing?

As Service Delivery Analyst Specialist, you will work within a global team to ensure production environments, availability, and compliance across all environments, define monitors and alerts across platforms, and ensure regular tuning and review.

• You will work within a Global Team to ensure platform, availability, and compliance across all Environments, and ensure regular tuning and review.

  
  

• Your main tasks will be deploying UAT/PROD and DR environments for FISCD and FISMA from scratch and ensuring they are compliant with FIS security's requirements. This is to ensure proper operation on technology applications and equipment for the Capital Markets and our large financial institution clients.

  
  

• You will be exposed to a Broad cross-section of the financial industry and will gain in depth knowledge of Exchange Technologies and Markets

  
  

Added to that, you will:

• Coordinate between different teams during the deployment process / Client On-Boarding

  
  

• Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance.

  
  

• Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting.

  
  

• Require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system.

  
  

What you bring ?

• Good communication, interpersonal, intuitive skills with ability to work efficiently in both independent and teamwork environments.

  
  

• Great experience with Linux/Docker/Kafka.

  
  

• Great experience with Terraform.

  
  

• Great Experience with Azure(Other Public Cloud Platforms are preferred but not mandatory).

  
  

• Good Automation skills.

  
  

• Ansible (preferred but not mandatory).

  
  

• Experienced 3rd party tools Management.

  
  

• Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools

  
  

• Knowledge of CRM (SNOW/Jira/Salesforce etc.…)

  
  

• Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool.

  
  

• Citrix (preferred but not mandatory).

  
  

• MQ (preferred but not mandatory).

  
  

• Technical Certification would be an added advantage.
