locationsTunis, Tunisia time typeFull time posted onPosted Today job requisition idRequisition - 2024200671 The MEL Associate plays a crucial role in driving the monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework for the Ma3an Project. This individual will collaborate with project teams to collect, analyze, and report high-quality data. S/he will contribute to learning initiatives, ensuring that the project effectively adapts based on insights gathered.

Responsibilities



Data Collection and Management:


+ Develop and implement data collection tools and strategies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.).+ Oversee data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
+ Maintain and update project databases.

Data Analysis:


+ Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to track project progress, performance, and impact.+ Identify trends and patterns within the data, generating actionable insights.

Reporting:


+ Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, communicating results clearly and concisely.+ Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and other presentation materials.

Collaboration:


+ Build strong working relationships with project teams, partners, and stakeholders.+ Provide technical support and training on MEL methods and tools as needed.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, international development, or a related field. 1 year of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., PowerBI, Stata, Excel). Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. English language fluency is strongly preferred.
