Production Designer

Company: Vista *Production Designer Channel Production* Vista is seeking a talented, energetic designer to work on our production studio team.
This designer produces static and animated assets in a variety of languages, styles and
sizes to be used in our marketing channels (Email, Online Display and Site). The ideal
candidate will have experience in a collaborative, fast paced and deadline driven
graphic design atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Make design modifications using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After
effects)
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS)
• Execute design updates, expansions and revisions based on existing designs.
• Elevate designs while staying within the original concept.
• Attention to detail when applying product guidelines and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and design trends.
• Responsible for following established processes (reviews, buddy checks, etc.)
• Turn art direction and feedback into positive learning experiences.
• Take constructive feedback and turn it in to positive customer experience.
• Provide support to graphic designers and art directors.
• Maintain a balance of quality and efficiency of individual deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with local and international teams.

Experience :

• 2 years of relevant design experience (in
house or agency)
• Portfolio that demonstrates typography, layout, and conceptual skills
• Working in a fast
paced, deadline oriented environment
• Receiving and applying feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Ability and desire to learn additional design technologies and applications.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and locations

Education / Skillset :

• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Offset/four
color process printing experience an asset.
• Good knowledge of video editing (After Effects and Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of written and verbal English.
