Sales Representative

1. JOB PURPOSE: To generate sales by promoting current and potential new products in the assigned territory through strengthening and diversifying relations with existing clients and establish contacts with new ones, to increase sales and optimize client´s account and sales budget.



. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description Policies, Processes & Procedures



 Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.



Day- to-day operations: Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.


Job Specific Accountabilities



Collates accurate and prompt basic sales information, to keep track and follow up on client’s account and



contracts.



Promotes current and potential new products with customers, in order to help achieve sales budget.



- Negotiate and finalize deals with customers, in order to achieve sales target and regularly report back tomanagement on business plans.



Identifies new business trends and keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, in order to



Hikma products in an attractive way.



promote Performs cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers, in order to promote the needed Hikma products to the targeted customers and meet their needs.



Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships, in order to ensure



future sales.



Analyze the territory/market’s potential, in order to track sales and status reports.



Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and



potential for new products and services, to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints and maximize satisfaction



Continuous Improvement



Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices aking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.


Reporting



Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Commercial to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.



Safety, Quality & Environment



Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and



controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment



Related Assignments



Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.



. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:



Minimum Qualifications:



Diploma in Medical or Sales related field.



Minimum Experience:



0-2 years relevant experience in the sales sector
