Treatment of external claims
Management of GQRS system
Validation of claims action plan and make follow up via QRM
Daily communication quality result and recent claims to all YAPT members Daily communication with CSC in order to solve problem and ameliorate external indicators
Develop a quality amelioration plan (QIP)
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO TS 16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.
