To strengthen our team, we are looking for a LQC (Agent Qualité) in our plant in [[location]]. 

I- Check the conformity of production parameters and the means of production

• Check the parameters of all process 
• Check the poka yoke system in all process
• Check the condition of the means of production
• Ensure the application of 5S 
• Ensure the application of 4 M transition
* Verify the recording of defects in the line / self-checking.
* Make the W/H OK start up, ensure the treatment of the problems detected via QRQC line and ensure the security of products.
* In case of internal defect, pilot the immediate actions
* Ensure the validation of means of production according to customer specifications (TCE-TCA-TCLIP-TASS-welding / grouping machines ......)
* Ensure validation of sample / prototype / PPAP series wiring ... .. (dimensional, connectors, electrical)
* Make the simulations after each intervention on the equipments  and validate the SAP orders
II- Ensure product conformity and application quality system

• Make a finished product audit
• Manage rework operations and validate the product before delivery
• Ensure application quality system: procedures, customer specification,…
• Inspector evaluation
• Elaborate LPA audits and communicate audit reports
* Ensure the introduction of new modifications in the production line
* Follow up on the first shipment with the new modifications with traceability
* Guarantee the availability and conformity tools used in the line (retouching tools, plug insertion tools, flexible meters ......)
* Ensure the respect of control plan in process

III- Ensure the correct  registration  of the data

* Check the OK start up [TPME] in each process (carousel /Test vision -Test Clip / welding machine ....).
• Insert the quality data into the database

IV- Participate in solving internal and external problems

• Participate in the CPIs analysis received from the internal client
• Participate in external problem solving meetings
