Position Summary
As a Hiring Specialist, your main mission is to ensure all actions related to recruitment and development in accordance with the Aptiv procedure and strategy.
Your Role
Ensures the creation and updating of Aptiv job descriptions and organizational charts.
Conduct interviews for the recruitment of IS employees: sourcing, pre-selection on file, telephone interviews, physical interviews.
Manage the development tools (Annual performance evaluation, etc.) - Monitor the IS recruitment process: technical interviews, HRD validation interviews and DG validation interviews.
Conduct internal recruitment interviews via global opening jobs and specific opening jobs.
Implement and ensure compliance with the Onboarding process for IS: Pre-onboarding of candidates, support of new recruits by managers and buddies
Your Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree In Human Ressources or Labor Psychology
At least 2 years of experiencein Hiring
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication in English,Additional languages are preferred
Proficient user of Microsoft office.
