Position Summary

As a Hiring Specialist, your main mission is to ensure all actions related to recruitment and development in accordance with the Aptiv procedure and strategy.

Your Role

• Ensures the creation and updating of Aptiv job descriptions and organizational charts. 

  
  

• Conduct interviews for the recruitment of IS employees: sourcing, pre-selection on file, telephone interviews, physical interviews. 

  
  

• Manage the development tools (Annual performance evaluation, etc.) - Monitor the IS recruitment process: technical interviews, HRD validation interviews and DG validation interviews.

  
  

• Conduct internal recruitment interviews via global opening jobs and specific opening jobs. 

  
  

• Implement and ensure compliance with the Onboarding process for IS: Pre-onboarding of candidates, support of new recruits by managers and buddies

  
  

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree In Human Ressources or Labor Psychology

  
  

• At least 2 years of experiencein Hiring

  
  

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

  
  

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  
  

• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English,Additional languages are preferred

  
  

• Proficient user of Microsoft office.
