What you will be doing:
Perform support activities required to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management and development support.
As Service Delivery Analyst, you will be :
Responsible of migrating multiple applications from one data center to another using an automated tool.
Monitoring Implementation for the clients migrated and monitoring testing pre-Go Live
Migrating Data (Manual/Automated)
Issues documentation
Disaster Recovery testing prior to migrating clients, and documentation
Dealing with Ops on any issues identified before, during and after the migration, coordination with the technical and DEV team for the resolution.
What you bring:
Good communication, interpersonal, intuitive skills with ability to work efficiently in both independent and teamwork environments.
Experience with build, automation, and artifact technologies.
Understanding of DevOps and DevOps tools.
Self-motivated to learn new technology and stays up to date with the latest technology.
Ability to understand and apply concepts
Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools including escalation practices
Skill in basic diagnostic techniques and corrective actions to resolve day-to-day problems
