Marketing Specialist (French Bilingual)

The French-speaking Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow our client’s brand presence and increase market shares. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong communication skills in both French and English, and the ability to create and manage campaigns that resonate with the target audience.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage email campaigns tailored to different buyer personas, including Virtual Coaches, Reel Coaches, and Sports Clubs.
  • Design and create visually appealing emails using Canva that effectively communicate our services and engage the target audience.
  • Organize and manage bi-monthly live group coaching sessions for online coaches.
  • Coordinate with the coaching team to ensure the smooth execution of these sessions.
  • Design engaging visuals for live sessions and email campaigns using Canva.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing training materials to support the team and clients.
  • Create easy-to-understand guides and resources to enhance the digital marketing skills of the audience.
  • Design and develop lead magnets, including PDFs and other downloadable content, to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Provide follow-up and coaching support to clients, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources needed to succeed.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with the coaching team to address any client needs.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Mastery of Canva for designing visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Notion for project management and collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack for team communication and coordination.
  • Experience in creating and managing online courses.
  • Familiarity with STS (CRM) for client follow-up and management.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email campaigns and visual content creation.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and providing coaching or training support.


System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption

The working hours for this role are from 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST, Mondays to Fridays.
