Management of the occupied post:

• oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
• ensure that the production is cost effective;
• propose what resources are required; • draft a timescale for the job;
• monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
• monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes;
• liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
• supervise and motivate a team of workers, line leader, shift leader and supports ;
• review worker performance;
• identify training needs, developpement plans ; create the synergy between differents lines and shifts

Application of quality procedures:

• ensure that quality standards , customers’ requirements are followed
• ensure and evaluate the process ,define with the team the necessary actions to meet quality requirements
• handle the audit : preparation and meet auditors requirements ( customers and IATF) • ensure that customers claims are treated with effective actions
• ensure the apply of quality policy

Compliance with EHS and 5S regulations:

•ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;;
• ensure and evaluate the process ,define with the team the necessary actions to meet health and safety requirements;
• handle the audit : preparation and meet auditors requirements( Iso 14001)
Execution and compliance with internal rules of the company:
• work with supports to implement the company's policies and goals;
• Applies the internal rules of society
• Ensure the application of GDPR •Ensure the application of legal requirements

compliance and labors laws:

Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.
Ensuring compliance with the rules and procedure and legislation of labor laws
