Job Title: Operations Admin Agent (Temporary)
Report to: Operations Supervisor
Location: Tunis
Overview of Role:
This role is perfect for an individual who has excellent organisational and administrative skills, who is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, who is highly computer literate and dedicated to excelling in their work. An outgoing personality and inclination for sales is an advantage. The role has huge potential to grow in its remit and responsibilities, so demonstration of your drive and initiative will be a distinct advantage.
As part of the Administration Team, you will act as a key support the Contact Center senior team, including Supervisors; Team Leaders and Sales coaches.
What you will do:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support the sales team in processing pricing on orders.
- Effectively manage Admin enquiries in a considerate and timely manner.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the time limited and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow the company’s communication procedure, guidelines and policies
- Ad hoc projects and duties as requested by management

- Order management
What we need from you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Another European language will be a plus
- 6 months administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail, ability to spot errors or omissions
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- Ability to use numerous computer applications at once
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Ability to deal with repetitive and similar tasks
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of printing processes and promotional product
- Understanding of the NPL product and order process flow in oracle
- Experienced user of matrix order management
- Outside of the box thinker to identify and solve issue related to supply chain (stock, production, shipping)
- Team player
