DHL International Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Major Accounts Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the performance and growth of an assigned portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with portfolio customers, through regular review meetings, ensuring sustained business activity.
  • Log all customer interactions including calls, visits, opportunities and at-risk accounts in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proactively monitor customer adherence to agreed volume levels and address any deviations.
  • Collaborate effectively with all internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years proven experience working in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset.
  • Must hold a valid Maltese driving license.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
