Prerequisite
- Level of study : Scientific Bac+3 or higher
- Fluent English and French
- Previous experiences in Yazaki is a plus
Skills:

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product management
- Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP tools is a plus
Responsibilities
CONTROL, AUDIT, ANALYSIS, and IMPROVEMENT ACTION
• Daily monitoring of DPM results
• Analyze the daily data and take the necessary actions
• Development of action plans / QRQC / CPI • Plan and organize LPA audits and prepare audit reports (LPA audit according to schedule ....)
• Follow the validation and ensure the conformity of PPAP
• participates in process audits and the development of action plans
• Monitor and control the application of standards and procedures
• Follow up the training of LQC / TQ
• Ensure the application of corrective and preventive actions in case of customer claims and repetitive defects
• Plan and organize LPA audits and prepare audit reports (LPA audit according to schedule ....)
• participates in trial audits and the development of action plans
• Ensure the application of 4 M transition
*PROBLEM SOLVING; REFLECTION AND IMPROVEMENT
• Continuously improvement internal / external quality results
• Perform analysis and treatment of 'Tear Down' wiring faults
• Perform analysis and treatment of internal defects via CPI and QRQC line • Participate in daily QRMC meeting
• Apply customer requirements
• Ensure the implementation of immediate actions to stop each non-compliance
• Perform analysis and treatment of 'Tear Down' defects
• Define and carry out improvement actions in the form of Kaizen.
• Follow up and update the implementation of actions in the QRM
*TRAINING, EVALUATION and SUPERVISION
*OBSERVATION, FOLLOW-UP, FEEDBACK
• Process validation in different types of modification (VP, PS, SOP,....)
• Follow up and update the control plan and ensure the application in production
• Secure the customer in case of repetitive internal defects or customer alert. • Observe the possible occurrence of risks and anomalies
• Ensure the application of procedures and the proper functioning of its area of responsibility
• Prepare the daily indicators (day-1) for the daily meeting
• Lead problem-solving meetings following internal / external issues
• Follow up and update the implementation of actions in the QRM
• Management of quality indicators (OPS, BOS, BOS Fire wall .) with development and monitoring of action plans
