The ChallengeWe're thrilled to offer a 6-month AIOps Internship as part of our mission to leverage AI-powered insights for global impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a final-year bachelor student or recent graduate passionate about AI technologies and DevOps practices.
In this role, you'll contribute to developing innovative AI-driven solutions that support efficient knowledge management and decision-making for teams operating in dynamic environments. You'll be working on:
- Infrastructure Architecture and Setup: Designing and establishing a knowledge base, AI-powered chatbot, and integrations with multiple data sources using AWS services, such as AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, and Lambda.
- Serverless Backend Development: Creating and implementing serverless backend solutions that power core application functionalities and integrate with other services and tools.
- CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes for consistent and efficient workflows.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Using tools like Terraform or Pulumi to manage system components, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- System Observability: Setting up monitoring, logging, and alert systems to track system health and performance.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborating with team members, including web developers, and maintaining clear and concise documentation to support knowledge sharing and future improvements.
