Responsibilities

  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand client business challenges, pain points, and goals to identify opportunities for digital transformation
  • Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value and benefits of our tailored solutions on optimizing customer’s operations
  • Consultative Selling: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, leveraging your consultative approach to map out the specific benefits and ROI of implementing the solution
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in industrial processes. Focusing on transforming manual or outdated processes into automated, efficient workflows through ERP integration
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after the sale to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of industry 4.0 concepts and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or industrial sector
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications 
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and French is essential. Additional language skills are a significant advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
