Software Sales Specialist (m/f/d) International Market
Responsibilities
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand client business challenges, pain points, and goals to identify opportunities for digital transformation
- Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value and benefits of our tailored solutions on optimizing customer’s operations
- Consultative Selling: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, leveraging your consultative approach to map out the specific benefits and ROI of implementing the solution
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in industrial processes. Focusing on transforming manual or outdated processes into automated, efficient workflows through ERP integration
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after the sale to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of industry 4.0 concepts and emerging technologies
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or industrial sector
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and French is essential. Additional language skills are a significant advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
