Lead Expert Module – Stamping/Bending TN-51-Sousse - SOU00025L Your tasks:
Realizes the planning, development, standardization and selection of production equipment and processes and procedures within one Module field globally
- Ensures the planning, development, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes and procedures
- Ensures the development and release of standards for the appropriate equipment / processes / tools / systems / methods / technology
- Ensures optimization of existing processes and equipment according to profitability aspects
- Ensures that standard times for all value add and non-value add production process steps are available to be used in WSD production processes
- Documents and ensures the realization and training of standards within the production plants / country organization
- Develops the standard concept for overall material flow within production facility, value stream, and consults with Value Chain Management to ensure synergies
- Develops a standard equipment layout according to LEAN principles for use in plant layouts
- Supports the development and implementation of Production Management strategic roadmap
- Supports the implementation of global equipment strategy with Production Equipment Management
- Ensures the continuous improvement of standards and sharing of best practice with country experts within Production Infrastructure Team

Your skills:

· Education Level : Mechanical/electrical/industrial engineer
· Language: Excellent English communication level
· Experience: min 5 years in Wiring Harness Processes
· Experience in Stamping/Bending Processes appreciated; willingness to learn and develop process in self-studies
· Experience in metal working
· Contribution to develop components (stamped and/or bend busbars) releated production equipment feasibility
· Basic Knowledge of European Machine Directive (CE)
· stong technical skills to understand and drive engineering projects
· Knowledge of process analysis (route cause…)
· moderation and presentation techniques
· flexibility to develop complete new upcoming processes starting from creation of technical specification until release of production equipment
· willingness for international business trips to our LEONI plants, customers and suppliers
· performing theoretical and practical analysis (equipment/process capability studies)
