TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR


We are looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator for a position located in Tunis and reporting to Route to Market & Merchandising Manager.


The Ideal candidate will be reporting and working very closely with the Route to Market & Merchandising Manager. She/he will be responsible of budget monitoring & consolidation and for the routing planification in the Tunisian market.


What you will be doing:


As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will:




  • Collaborate with Marketing and C&TA teams to build strong support plans for all JTI brands.

  • Plan, develop, and deploy consumer programs and activities.

  • Drive brand visibility campaigns, proposing new visibility tools and ensuring best-in-class execution.

  • Monitor RTM department budget, including preparation, authorization, execution, and accountability.

  • Maintain weekly follow-up with PPOSM suppliers to address stock situations.

  • Coordinate & follow up the implementation of 121 consumer engagement plans at POS

  • Coordinate new cycle campaigns launches with the marketing and the field team.


Requirements:



  • University Graduate or professional education

  • 3-5 years of Sales & Trade Marketing experience in a FMCG company, preferably a multinational that has a Trade Marketing approach

  • Fluent in English, French & Arabic.

  • Good understanding of Sales & Distribution

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Project Management experience
