As a QA Tester at OrangeHRM, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans that ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of our software products.
You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test cases.

Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various products.
Identify, document, and track defects in our software applications.
Perform regression testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide input to the development team.
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure application scalability.
Continuously improve the QA process and methodologies for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in software testing.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
