We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support and manage key Quality processes across internal audits, documentation control, IATF requirements, and cross-location coordination. You will play an essential role in ensuring compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement across our affiliate.
Key Responsibilities1. Internal Audits Management (System & Manufacturing Process Audits)
Manage internal audits planning using the digital platform
Communicate the internal audit plan to location management
Coordinate and manage internal audits with all affiliates
Follow up on action plans and evaluate the effectiveness of actions
Ensure the Internal Auditors Matrix is prepared, updated, and maintained
Support other locations with internal audits when needed
Perform yearly auditor evaluations
2. Internal Documents Management
Control the creation, upload, and maintenance of local documentation (procedures, instructions, etc.)
Ensure documents are updated and aligned with Y-EMEA guidelines
Support and control changes within the local QMS
3. Y-EMEA Documentation Compliance
Verify through audits that the latest Y-EMEA process standards are implemented effectively
Monitor the implementation of new or updated Y-EMEA standards in line with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and IATF requirements
4. IATF & Customer Specific Requirements
Analyze IATF 16949 rules, updates, and integration into the QMS
Review and assess new or updated CSR
Collect feedback from relevant functions and update CSR & IATF matrix in EOSapp
5. IATF Findings From Other Locations
Deploy external IATF audit non-conformities to responsible locations via EOSapp
Verify whether findings from other locations occur locally and document results
Implement lessons learned, standardization initiatives, and YOKOTEN
6. External IATF Audits & Customer Audits
Support IATF audit preparation and status follow-up in collaboration with QMS Leads
Manage IATF reports, non-conformities, and action plans
Prepare evidence together with affiliate management and staff
Support customer audits and follow up EOS non-conformities as required

Education: University degree
Languages:
English – Professional
French – Professional
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office – Advanced
Knowledge and experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3
Field of Study: Quality Management Systems, Engineering, or related fields
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar position
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
