Job Description
- Ensures and documents operators on-the-job training/ coaching
- Identifies operators' training needs
- Participates the operators’ evaluation/appraisal
- Supports specialist training to maintain and update skills matrix and employee qualification data
- Works with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers
- Performs duties in accordance with skill matrix
- Provides training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes & changes to instructions
- Supports the flexibility concept
- Trains employees on the workstation required by the rotation and monitors the performance in the new workstations in terms of quality and quantity
Qualifications and Experience
- Level of Education: University Degree
- Branch Of Study: all branchs
- Experience: Bac+3 with 1 year of experience or Minimum of 3rd Secondary high School Level with 5 years of Experience
- Language: French, English
