Job Description

- Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs


- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner


- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility


- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility


- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth


Functional accountability for HR Business Partner on country/site- level




Qualifications and Experience

Level of education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Work experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, including strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, organizational development, talent management, and people leadership. Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment is highly preferred


IT : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)/Experience with HRIS tools and data reporting (SAP HR or equivalent)


Language :  Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)


Basic Skills: • Strong leadership and stakeholder management/Excellent communication and influencing skills/Strategic thinking with hands-on execution/ Problem-solving and decision-making/Change management/Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
