Job Description

- Manages and supervises the Quality Operations org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs


- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Operations


- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility


- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility


- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Operations


- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth


Functional accountability for Quality Operations on country level


- Prepares, Plans, Allocates, Monitors the achievement of budget / costs


- Decides to stop production to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes / products


- Ensures the compliance of the systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations




Qualifications and Experience
  • Level of Education: Univeresity Degree
  • Branch Of Study: Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) / Industrial Engineering / Management / etc 
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management, preferably with at least 3 years in Quality management.
  • Language: French, English
  • Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & resultorientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
  • Professional competences: Effective meeting facilitation / Continuous performance improvement / Problem Solving /Strategic and operational planning /Planning/ Lean manufacturing methodologies / Process optimization / KPI tracking and analysis / 5S and Kaizen implementation / Efficiency-driven mindset
