Job :
Reporting to the Factory Test Maintenance Manager, you will ensure and guarantee the conformity of tests, the robustness of equipment, and technical coordination between development, factory test maintenance, and production on site.
Your main responsibilities
- RCA & CAPA: Diagnose and resolve failures on test benches (level 2/3).
- Ensure technical and functional acceptance of equipment.
- Participate in test qualification.
- Act as an interface between test development, factory test maintenance, and production teams.
- Communicate and track anomalies detected on benches & Lead technical and tester follow-up meetings.
- Identify areas for improvement (cycle time, FPY %…).
- Lead improvement actions.
- Monitor Indicators and Reporting:
- Track and analyze indicators: availability, MTBF, MTTR, FPY %.
Required profile :
- Engineer in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or industrial IT.
- 3 to 5 years of experience desired in maintenance / development of FCT test equipment / Experience in manufacturing support (operation phase) and production test methods.
- Knowledge of functional test and instrumentation systems (NI LabVIEW/TestStand, CVI…).
- Programming and tools: LabVIEW, Test Stand, CVI (NI) Knowledge of electronics, instrumentation, and measurements.
- Communication protocols: CAN, LIN, RS232, Ethernet...
- Databases and traceability: SQL …
- MSA/SPC tools are a plus.
- Management tools: MS Office, PLM, CMMS.
