Job :
  • Enhance collaboration, fostering an environment conducive to continuous learning and collective improvement.
  • Manage process projects
  • Manage customer quotes
  • Introduce new products/processes (NPI)
  • Manage production and maintenance

Required profile :
  • Engineer in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience desired of 3 to 5 years in an SMT environment
  • Good knowledge of SMT processes: screen printing, placement - FUJI, reflow, AOI, SPI, X-ray, Laser, etc.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721) Reading and interpretation of electronic schematics / BOM / Gerber files
  • New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Writing technical documents (manufacturing guides, work instructions, etc.)
  • Knowledge of quality tools: 5M, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, QRQC
  • Experience in process problem-solving
  • Practice of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen, SMED...)
