As part of its expansion, XTENSUS wishes to strengthen its team by recruiting a Business Development Manager responsible for developing and retaining the client portfolio, in direct support of the company's commercial strategy.

Your main responsibilities:





  • Actively prospect new clients through social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), calls, emails, and other digital channels.

  • Prepare draft commercial offers for various projects (Tunisia, Sub-Saharan Africa, other regions), with the goal of evolving towards the autonomous creation of complete offers.

  • Carry out upstream commercial actions: identify prospects, make contact, build suitable arguments.

  • Manage interactions with prospects and clients: present solutions, answer questions, conduct remote demonstrations, follow up, negotiate.

  • Ensure the follow-up of commercial files, conduct satisfaction surveys, and propose continuous improvements to the offer.
     


Required profile :


Profile sought:





  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in commerce, marketing, management, IT, or equivalent.

  • Professional experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is highly desirable.





Technical skills required:





  • Excellent sales skills: sense of opportunity, persuasion, argumentation, negotiation.

  • Perfect ease in oral communication (good speaking voice, expressive tone) and ability to communicate remotely (email, phone, video conference).

  • Very good written expression for drafting offers and commercial follow-ups.

  • Proficiency in office tools and digital communication tools.
