Job :
Assist the Human Resources Development Manager in planning training and managing interns.
- Organize the schedule of sessions and book rooms.
- Manage invitations, prepare documentation (convocations, certificates).
- Welcome participants, track attendance, and collect immediate and follow-up evaluations.
- Manage training documents (quotes, training program, trainer CV, company accreditation).
- Monitor training actions within the annual training plan.
- Collect internship requests
- Complete intern files and inform them
- Ensure interns are assigned and supported by the relevant department
- Prepare internship certificates
Required profile :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/4/5) in Human Resources,
- You are meticulous in carrying out your tasks, especially for Training management.
- You know how to work independently while respecting deadlines.
- You enjoy working collaboratively with other members of the HR team and other departments.
- You are able to respond quickly and effectively to requests and unexpected situations
- Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of human resources management in a company.
- Master archiving and file classification techniques.
- Good communication skills in French
