Job :
Reporting to the CMS Process Manager, your main tasks are:
- Creation and optimization of CMS machine programs
- Creation and optimization of screen printing machine parameters
- Creation and optimization of reflow oven parameters
- Creation and optimization of AOI machine programs
- Development of machine operating procedures in the CMS workshop
- Mastery of the CMS process to ensure product quality and equipment availability
- Continuous improvement of product quality results from CMS
- Improvement and optimization of CMS consumable management
- Monitoring and improvement of machine rejection rates
- Creation and monitoring of CMS oven profiles
- Monitoring of temperature and humidity in screen printing machines and the work environment
- Monitoring of temperature and humidity in dehumidification cabinets
- Creation and management of CMS process parameter sheets
- Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects
Required profile :
- Technician in electronics or industrial computing.
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Proficiency in managing and using technical data
- Knowledge of electronic component technology
- Knowledge of electronic board manufacturing processes
- General knowledge of industrial tools for electronic board manufacturing.
