Job :

Reporting to the General Management, you will also report to the HR Management of the OMERIN group. Your mission will be to lead the company's HR strategy and ensure its operational implementation. You will play a key role in developing human capital, strengthening company culture, and improving social climate.




Main Missions




Support management in implementing HR policy and workforce development plans.




Ensure HR practices comply with Tunisian labor law and OMERIN group standards.




Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation, and skills development activities.




Supervise administrative management: contracts, employee files, payroll, social contributions, and absence tracking.




Contribute to the reliability of HR data and actively participate in the digitalization of the HR department, with the implementation of a Group HRIS tool.




Support managers in managing their teams and developing performance.




Contribute to maintaining a good social climate and internal communication.




Optimize and consolidate existing HR processes and procedures.




Provide regular reporting to General Management and Group HR Management.




Manage and develop the skills of the existing HR team.




Required profile :

Higher education degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or equivalent.




Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a similar HR role, ideally in an industrial environment with a high workforce.




Good command of Tunisian social law and operational HR practices.




Ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, and confidentiality.




Leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage change.




Fluent French is essential, and professional English is desired.
