Job Description
Analyser la performance des procédés et identifier les solutions les plus adaptées
Assurer la veille technologique et introduire de nouveaux procédés (intégration de nouveaux moyens, projets de rupture, nouvelles technologies, etc.)
Accompagner la qualification de nouveaux procédés
Piloter et contribuer aux projets d'amélioration (Lean Six Sigma, One Safran, innovation participative, etc.)
Accompagner la mise en production de nouveaux projets.
Coacher les pilotes de projets DMAIC
Développer la culture de l'amélioration continue à travers des formations Lean Six Sigma (QRQC, Work Balance, 5S, Innovation Participative, etc.).
Animer l'innovation participative au sein de l'entité
