Job :
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize productivity, quality, deadlines, and costs
• Design and optimize production layouts
• Analyze flows and eliminate waste (VSM)
• Train and support teams on Lean tools
• Manage the Lean team and projects
Required profile :
• Degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience of 10 years, with 5 years in a similar role
• Mastery of Lean tools: 5S, VSM, FMEA, TPM, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka Yoke, Visual Management, Six Sigma (Green Belt)
• Good knowledge of ERP (MFG PRO)
• Skills: autonomy, team management, problem-solving, stress resistance
• English mandatory
