Position Overview:


This position reports directly to the Warehouse and Inventory Control Supervisor and is primarily based on the shop floor. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and a smooth flow of materials to production, while maintaining full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Main Missions: 




  • Manage warehouse storage activities and supervise the warehouse team.



  • Receive goods and materials, ensuring full compliance and accuracy of deliveries.



  • Organize product storage based on available space and ensure proper recording in SAP.



  • Oversee truck unloading operations and support production supply.



  • Maintain accurate stock levels to track product movements and trigger replenishment when necessary.



  • Perform basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure adherence to 5S standards.



  • Receive non-production materials and verify delivery conformity.



  • Analyze negative stock entries and support delivery of critical references.



  • Ensure preparation and loading of exports in line with work instructions and customer requirements.



  • Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.


  • Ensure strict adherence to work instructions, SAP data accuracy, and FIFO principles.

  • Actively collaborate with all relevant functions to achieve and maintain the following certifications IATF 16949 & ISO 14001.

To be successful for this role :




  • A university degree in a relevant field.



  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or shop-floor logistics.



  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, stock accuracy, and material flow.


  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

  • SAP knowledge or similar ERP system is appreciated.

  • Good analytical vision.

  • Excellent communication skills

Language Skills:



  • Good communication skills in both French and English
