Job Description
- Cover 3rd line support as required.
- Owning the delivery and resolution of technical problems & incidents.
- Responsible for Patch Management.
- Review logs, monitoring solutions, alerts and other items to ensure service availability and performance.
- Ensure technical documents and policies for SCCM to be up to date and accurate.
- Supporting the technology operations management team in developing and delivering innovative technology initiatives.
- Acting as a point of escalation, providing guidance and support as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Technical:
- Min 3 years of expertise in Administration of SCCM/Intune, MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and PowerShell
- Understanding of Infrastructure technology and protocols(DHCP, PXE)
- Microsoft solutions (AD, AAD, Intune, SCCM, SQL)
- Several years expertise in Software deployment and patching
- Windows Server Administration knowledge
Interpersonal skills and competencies
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory
- University degree
- Good communications/ presentation skills
- High customer focus; · Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus, high drive.
