Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for Testing and commissioning of Electrical systems including Relay & Protection Panels, SCADA and other Indoor and outdoor Substation Equipment Specific coordination with Client, Vendors & Subcontractors etc. for approval of testing Procedure, Method statement for Testing works related to Substation Equipment Preparation of Work Method Statements for Shutdown jobs / Testing and commissioning activities Coordination with Client for obtaining Shutdown permits, work permits etc. Measurement Certification of Vendor/Subcontractor works. Preparation of Work Plans, Schedules etc., submission of reports to client. Overall Supervision of Testing & Commissioning works for smooth final Commissioning of the Project as planned. Scheme checking & implementation of integration work

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

In-depth knowledge of Control, Protection, Networking & Communication Systems in Substation. Strong base for design, coordination, and testing commissioning of CRP/Relays / Telecom systems and SCADA. Prior Experience of Testing & Commissioning in EHV Substations is a must specially Numerical relays of major OEMs like ABB/Hitachi/GE/Siemens/SEL etc. Hands on experience on major testing equipment like CPC100/CMC350/500, CB Testing kits etc.
