وصف الوظيفة
- يفرج عن العملية اليومية في منطقة القطع
- يجري إعادة تأهيل للمُطبقين وفقًا للإجراء الداخلي (AA3117)، بما في ذلك توليفات اللحام بالموجات فوق الصوتية ومقاومة فقدان جهد الوصلات
- يضمن دراسات CMK وCPK وSPC للمعدات والعمليات الإنتاجية
- يوثق ويقيِّم المجهريات، ويجري معايرة المعدات، ويحافظ على سجل الوثائق
- يتحقق من إعادة تأهيل المُطبقين اليدويين وآلات القطع والالتقاط
- يجري إعادة التأهيل وفق العملية (القطع، التقشير، الختم/التشطيب، اللحام، الالتواء، الانكماش)
- يجري مقاطع ميكروية ويدعم تحليل عينات شكاوى العملاء أو الموردين
- يجري اختبارات إضافية تتعلق بالجودة والهندسة والشكاوى وتشغيل الآلة
- يضمن الامتثال لجميع معايير الجودة المعمول بها والأنظمة ومتطلبات HSEE في مجال العمل
- يحسن عمليات تأهيل الختم والتركيب في المعمل ويُعد كتالوجات الميكروغراف لعينات وتدقيقات المنتج (مثلاً خصوصيات العملاء)

- المستوى التعليمي : شهادة جامعية
- تخصص الدراسة: جميع التخصصات
- الخبرة: 3 سنوات خبرة في الجودة

Job Description
- Releases the daily process in the Cutting Area
- Performs requalification of applicators according to internal procedure (AA3117), including ultrasonic welding combinations and splice volt drop resistance
- Ensures CMK, CPK and SPC studies for production equipment and processes
- Elaborates and evaluates micrographs, performs equipment calibration, and maintains document registry
- Validates requalification of manual applicators, cutting and crimping machines
- Performs requalification per process (cutting, stripping, crimping, welding, twisting, shrinking)
- Conducts microsections and supports analysis of customer or supplier complaint samples
- Performs additional tests related to quality, engineering, complaints, and machine commissioning
- Ensures compliance with all applicable quality standards, norms, and HSEE requirements in the area of activity
- Improves crimping qualification processes and laboratory usage, and elaborates micrograph catalogues for samples and product audits (e.g. customer specifics)
