Job Description
Performs all the necessary HSEE related investigations, studies, analysis, inspections and reports.
- Implements HSEE Site strategy.
- Prepares internal instructions for release.
- Consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs.
- Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures.
- Organizes waste management and recycling.
- Checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance.
- Conducts environmental and safety related trainings.
- Creates environmental emergency plan.
- Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system.
- Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents.
- Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment. releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns.
- Is authorized to stop production to mitigate risk of unsafe processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education Level: University Degree in Energy, Environmental Engineering,Health, Safety & Environmental Management or Chemical Engineering or related field.

- Reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

ينفّذ جميع التحقيقات والدراسات والتحليلات والتفتيش والتقارير الضرورية المرتبطة بـ HSEE.
- ينفّذ استراتيجية موقع HSEE.
- يُعِد تعليمات داخلية للإصدار.
- يجمع ويراقب مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لموقع HSEE.
- يحضّر ويدعم التقارير، مثل تقرير حالة موقع HSEE والإجراءات المضادة.
- ينظّم إدارة النفايات وإعادة التدوير.
- يتحقق من متطلبات العمل والسلامة والبيئة والتراخيص والامتثال القانوني.
- يجري تدريبات متعلقة بالبيئة والسلامة.
- يضع خطة طوارئ بيئية.
- يخطط ويجري عمليات تدقيق داخلية تتعلق بالنظام البيئي والسلامة المهنية.
- يبلّغ عن الحوادث البيئية وحوادث العمل ويحقق فيها.
- يخطط وينفّذ فحوصات السلامة وتقييمات Ergonomic والمخاطر والأنشطة والمناطق والمعدات. الإفراجات، ومراقبة معدات الحماية، وتدريبات السلامة وحملات الصحة.
- مخول بإيقاف الإنتاج للحد من مخاطر العمليات غير الآمنة.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- المستوى التعليمي: شهادة جامعية في الطاقة، الهندسة البيئية، الصحة والسلامة والإدارة البيئية أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
