Relationship Officer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Identify sales opportunities and offer appropriate financial products and services, such as loans, savings accounts, investments, and insurance.
Conduct client meetings, consultations, and presentations to assess financial needs, provide advice, and recommend tailored solutions.
Assist clients in completing application forms, gathering required documentation, and navigating the approval process for financial products and services.
Follow up with clients to provide updates on the status of their applications, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, including revenue goals, cross-selling objectives, and customer acquisition metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and compliance, to ensure alignment and support for client initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Relationship Officer, Relationship Manager, or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
