Job Title: Finance Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, providing strategic guidance to the executive leadership team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

Assist with fundraising efforts, including preparing financial models and pitch decks.

Develop and manage liquidity for the business.

Oversee financial aspects of new projects and expansions.

Provide strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.

Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.

Develop and maintain the Accounts and Finance team.

Financial Reporting:

Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

Develop quarterly shareholder reports.

Manage the annual budgeting process.

Maintain and update the 5-year financial model.

Monitor weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.

Implement profit improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Produce specific reports for management and shareholders.

VAT & Corporate Tax:

Compile quarterly VAT returns and ensure timely filing.

Stay updated on VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.

Maintain compliance with relevant laws, including ESR and UBO.

Financial Control:

Lead all accounting and financial processes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax filings.

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Conduct AR reviews and handle delinquent accounts.

Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.

Manage internal and external financial audits.

Product Costing:

Develop and maintain product costing files.

Track cost drivers and update costing files.

Identify and implement corrective actions to control production costs.

Treasury & Banking Management:

Oversee treasury management and custody.

Manage all bank accounts and banking structures.

Maintain relationships with bank representatives.

Monitor daily cash flow positions and take appropriate action.

• Manage proof of reserves.

Skills

Requirements:

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience.

Master's degree from a globally recognized university.

Expert knowledge and experience of VAT and Corporate Tax, particularly for export-oriented manufacturing businesses.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent analytical skills and expertise in financial systems and reporting.

Proficiency in financial modeling.

Ability to independently manage and control the finance function of a manufacturing business.

• Salary Range: 20,000AED - 25,000AED all inclusive
