KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Receives assignments and instructions of work to be carried out from line supervisor. Reviews work assigned arrange for necessary materials, tools, equipment and assign tasks and follow up until satisfactory completion.
  • Prepares Permit packs, requests for e-permit and obtain the permit after approval and release from concerned authorities.
  • Carries out routine, preventive maintenance and corrective on pumps, compressors, diesel engines, rotating equipment, lifting equipment, heat exchangers and valves. Reinstall repaired units on locations and carry out test runs as necessary.
  • Ensure the equipment is re-stored to operating condition after maintenance works, carry out housekeeping and witness the test run before permit is closed.
  • Carry out vibration data collection, record mechanical and performance parameters and report to line Supervisor.
  • Shall act as emergency response team member for the assigned responsibility.
  • Reinstalls repaired units on locations after major overhaul at onshore and run off-load to ensure proper operation. Check equipment and machinery for any malfunction and ensure that all protection signals and switches are working.
