Marketing Supervisor

  • responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing activities of a microfinance organization. 
  • play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote microfinance products and services, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers. 
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote products and services, targeting specific customer segments and geographic areas.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor offerings, and utilize the findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the microfinance organization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, channels, and touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote microfinance products and services, including online and offline channels such as advertising, social media, events, and direct marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging marketing collaterals.
  • Manage the organization's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing initiatives to address specific customer needs and preferences.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the microfinance sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings to inform product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related fieldFrom 4 to 6 years of experience including 3 years in the same position.  Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the microfinance or financial services industry.Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.Proficiency in social media, content marketing, and online advertising.Analytical skills to interpret market research data and make data-driven marketing decisions.Event planning and employer branding experience. Fluent in English
