- Support the main four functions of the Career services office: Employability Training & Development Unit, Employer Relations Unit, Experiential Learning Unit and Career Advising Unit.
- Assist in conducting an all-inclusive Training Needs Assessment, identifying students' skills and knowledge gaps that needs to be addressed with the goal of recommending appropriate strategies, trainings and assessments.
- Designs the training plan of undergraduate students among all programmes of TKH.
- Collect employer feedback to update curricula to create and implement programs that respond to the current needs of business, industry and organizations.
- Represents the University on external or University-wide committees
- Execute the career services office’s employer relations strategy to enhance employer partnerships and engage companies and organizations in career and experiential learning activities.

- Creates a solid database of employers that play effective in upcoming mentoring and internship needs for students.
- Generates internship and placement opportunities for TKH students/alumni
- Develops and maintains a collaborative relationship with academic departments and all other stakeholders.
- Assists employers in advertising internship/job opportunities to TKH students.
- Serves as a key accounts manager for employer partners and coordinate their on-campus engagement.
- Guides students in researching majors and relevant careers; exploring interests, values and skills; and identifying career options. 
- Educates students on means of researching corporate and industry information; developing networking leads; exploring the job market trends; and following professional conduct throughout the job search process.
- Arrange and Implement career development workshops.
- Administer on-campus career events such as the annual Career and Internship job fair.
- Partners with training stakeholders and liaises with the design and implementation of training opportunities.
Execute the experiential learning program to help students gain hands-on experience and develop skills they need for success in their future careers. 
- Coordinates with academic departments and students’ associations to identify student internship and experiential learning needs and promote relevant internships for specific majors.
- Researches, identifies, and announces internship opportunities relevant to students’ majors.
- Partners with companies throughout the internship process from announcement to selection and evaluation.
- Assists in the announcement, selection, interviewing, follow up and issuance of certificates in the Internship Program.
- Use various methodologies for measuring and evaluating training programs, determining the impact of training on students/alumni skills and how it affects KPIs and the required enhancement.
- Acts punctually, follow set deadlines and adapts to change.
- Gathers information and assists in the implementation of reports, providing documentation of all the phases of the office programs.
- Analyzes student and employer program evaluations and program assessment, articulating program goals, objectives, and outcomes and developing semi-annual report.
 


- Prior experience in coaching, counseling, training or teaching university students - Previous community service experience - Acknowledged TOT Certificate- Acknowledged Career Development Facilitator/Coach certificate- Years of Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably including 3 years in career services within higher educationEducation: Bachelor's degree required; preferably in a related field.Skills: - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Team-oriented work style - Ability to develop business reports - Excellent customer service orientation - Self-motivated, creative and energetic - Excellent working experience in MS office is required - Extensive working knowledge of Internet - Excellent command of spoken and written English and Fluent in spoken Arabic - Genuine interest in helping others
