- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for building materials products.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients based on their project requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective negotiation and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations and business development) to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing expectations and providing excellent after-sales support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.At least 7 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry (preferably concrete and concrete-related products)Strong knowledge of construction materials, project management and procurement processes.Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.Experience in handling large-scale projects and managing key accounts.A strong network of contacts within the construction and real estate sectors.Experience in managing high-value contracts and tenders.Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
