Key Responsibilities:
Technical Review:
Reviewing tender documents (specifications, drawings, Bill of Quantities) for technical accuracy and completeness.
Cost Estimation:
Developing cost estimates based on Bill of Quantities, material/equipment requirements, and manpower needs.
Supplier Management:
Liaising with internal and external suppliers to obtain quotes and comparing them to ensure competitive pricing.
Proposal Development:
Creating comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that align with customer requirements and project objectives.
Collaboration:
Collaborating with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive submissions.
Follow-up:
Supervising the follow-up of offers made to the client and owner.
Documentation:
Preparing and maintaining a complete file on the project for project implementation and needs management.
Process Improvement:
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.5+ years of experience in tendering/bidding for electrical projects.Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.Experience in risk analysis and competitive pricing strategies.Experience with quotations and procurement processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
