We are looking for an Estimation Engineer, with 2 to 4 years of experience in the façade industry, to join our team in Lebanon. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for performing adequate searches to obtain market rates, preparing cost estimates, creating project plans, pricing BOQs, preparing tender documents, revising prices, estimating design changes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, preparing quotations, and conducting risk assessments. They should coordinate with all stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follows up for final drawings, details, specifications and clarifications of drawings and specifications with Consultant / Client / Sales Managers
• Obtains and maintains prevailing market rates of all materials, labor, plant, machinery from the Procurement Department
• Derives the basic cost for all activities identified for the project from the basic prices received for material, labor, plant and equipment
• Prepares project demarcation plans corresponding to the BOQ
• Prepares and prices the internal BOQ of all the items from the drawings and specifications
• Prepares and prices the Client BOQ per specification and the basic cost build up
• Makes revisions in the prices as per the negotiation outputs informed by Sales Managers
• Prepares estimates for design changes in coordination with the engineering department
• Prepares the relevant formal quotation letter to be shared with client

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 2 - 4 years of experience in aluminum, glazing, facades, and building envelop is preferable
• Good knowledge of the product specifications and details and related costs
• Technical skills: AutoCAD, MS Office applications, Rhino
• Soft skills: Time management, self-organization, communication & collaboration
