Role Overview:

As a Senior FX/CFD Dealer at Ouinex, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our trading activities. You will be responsible for monitoring and executing trades, managing risk, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. This position requires a deep understanding of the FX and CFD markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and execute FX and CFD trades in real-time to ensure optimal performance.

- Manage trading risks and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance trading profitability.

- Provide market insights and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the sales and client service teams to ensure a seamless trading experience for our clients.

- Maintain and develop relationships with liquidity providers and other key partners.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new trading systems and processes.

- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior traders and support staff.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FX and CFD trading, with a strong track record of success.

- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, particularly FX and CFDs.

- Proficiency in trading platforms and related technologies.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.

- Excellent risk management skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
