Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and evaluate brand strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, and market characteristics in addition to its cost and markup factors.
- Plan and direct brand management policies, and programs.
- Develop pricing, product development, and new product launch.
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity in addition to, monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
- Oversee and monitor product development trends that indicate the need for new products as well as develop new business opportunities.
- Analysis of sales forecasts, the success of marketing campaigns, and creating reports through evaluating the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research & development .
- Set brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers.
- Carry out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends in addition to supervising advertising/product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Create/deliver Medical & product knowledge training that drives role effectiveness for the promotion departments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry sciences (Major Biology, biochemistry, or Zoology).
Qualifications
- From 6 up to 8 years of related Job Function / Industry / Experience.
- 1-2 years' demonstrable Brand Management / Marketing Experience.
