Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tendering & Technical Coordinator for Architectural & Fitout Works. This role requires a qualified Architect or Civil Engineer with expertise in project estimation and technical coordination. You will be responsible for handling technical documentation and supporting both the business development and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tenders and pricing for architectural and fitout projects.
• Read and process project technical documentation including specifications, drawings, method statements, material submittals, procurement documents, and document control.
• Assist in project estimations by analyzing project requirements and creating accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the project management team to prepare technical submittals and ensure project compliance.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering (job limited to one of these 2 engineering degree. Not IT, not Mechanical, not Electrical)
• Proven experience in project estimation and coordination within the architectural and fitout industry.
• Strong understanding of project technical documentation including specifications, drawings, and method statements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English language.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word.
• Advanced user of AutoCAD.

Must have:

• Valid QID, work and residence permit in the State of Qatar.
• Available to join immediately, or within short notice.
• Experience within 3 to 5 years in similar industry and job.
• Experience of work in Qatar and/or GCC market is a must.
